Marz Training
This is a pictoral record of my quest to lose weight. As of today (8/24/09) I hit the 250lb mark. If I was a football player and muscular or maybe 6'7" instead of 6' that might be OK. But I'm not. Once before in my life I lost almost 50 lbs by varying my diet, taking vitamins, not going out every night after work, and having my job as my only workout except for sit ups and push ups.
What really prompted this are two things. 1) A conversation with my friend Clint last Sunday the 16th. 2) A picture of me from a recent Pity Party from the Sales By 5 offices. The actual picture is about a month old, but that picture really showed how overweight I am.
Now I'm not working, but sitting in front of a computer almost all day, or on the couch. I eat pretty much what I want, but I don't feel like I gorge. I don't go out all the time either. It's time to resume physical activity with sit ups and push ups, and now to use the Gazelle in the house. Below I will detail a picture of me along with how much working out I did and my weight. My goal is to get to 190lbs in four months, which is very possible.
Thanks for joining me on this journey,
Mark
